Easy Ordering

From the moment you place an order at thepocpac.co.uk, our customer service team will keep you fully informed of the status of your order via email, from receipt to despatch. We also use live stock updates, so a quick check will let you know if we have something in stock, allowing you to order in confidence. Out of stock items are usually back in stock within 3-4 weeks, but if you do have any questions about an out of stock product, then please contact us.

UK Delivery

As long as you order before 14:00 UK time Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to ship your item the same day.

Worldwide delivery

pOcpac UK will ship overseas but you might find it easier to purchase in a different currency on http://www.thepocpac.com. We ship via standard airmail which is not tracked. If you are not confident in your own local postal or customs service please order with caution. We always provide proof of posting but do not guarantee delivery.

Hassle free returns /exchanges

Exchange of an item can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item within 30 days. Once the returned product is received by Northern Albion, the items(s) will be refunded. Please return to the address on the dispatch note. Shipping payable on international orders.

When you return an item to us please be aware of our requirements:

  • We recommend returning your order using a trackable method as both customer and pOcpac can track the return if there are any problems
  • Please return the pOcpac unused and in its original packaging
  • Take every care to return the item in packaging that will offer adequate protection

Do I pay VAT on my order?

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you will pay UK sales tax of 20%.
